Buyers need to send back all used and unused product bottles directly to our distribution headquarters.
Please remember that standard processing and logistics fees from the initial shipment cannot be reimbursed.
Every cleared transaction will be processed directly back to the payment card or account used during checkout.
03. Processing Duration
Once your physical parcel arrives back at our logistical terminal, we process the reimbursement instantly. Depending on your personal card merchant or bank setup, it generally requires 5 to 10 standard business days for the funds to register on your bank statement.
